Niti is a supremely amazing dietician. Her methods are scientific, evidence based, and the meal plans she develops for me are so easy, healthy and tasty to follow!
I have been battling PCOS ever since I was 16 years old (I'm 32 now) and after trying and failing with 8-10 trainers and dieticians, I had absolutely given up on finding any relief from it. When I decided to consult Niti, I had been suffering from chronic, continuous bleeding for 12+ months which was not responding to even medication. I was given metformin and hormone therapy by my gynaecologist (which I really really didn't want to take). I consulted Niti online in July 2024, and she gave me the assurance that in a matter of 6 months I would start getting regular menses without any medication. As I write this review in Jan 2025, this is the 4th consecutive month of getting periods on time without medication, and second consecutive month of getting proper bleeding. I'm due for an ultrasound next month, and I'm 100% sure that the PCOS will have reversed to a great extent by then.
